We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated suggestions and configurations should be reviewed before use in production environments.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIMIK AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.
